Seeking highly skilled professional to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. Key member of drilling and production operations, responsible for ensuring efficient and safe extraction of oil and gas resources from our fields.

  • Plan and oversee drilling operations, including well design, equipment selection, and drilling fluid management.
  • Monitor well performance and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct reservoir analysis to determine production potential and develop strategies to maximize recovery.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in drilling and production operations.
  • Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with reservoir engineering concepts such as pressure behavior analysis, decline curve analysis, etc.
