Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Assistant to the Director and Office Manager at our Dubai office. The individual will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling executive and administrative tasks, and supporting clerical and general office management duties. The role will also involve liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage office operations efficiently
