Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to Director to support our executive team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, with frequent business travel. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese and English, detail-oriented, and experienced in executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day on-site support to executives, including during business trips.
  • Plan and arrange travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries).
  • Provide on-site translation and interpretation (Chinese ↔️ English).
  • Track and follow up on executive tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate personal and logistical support services as required.
  • Assist during business trips and official events (e.g., luggage preparation, on-ground support).
Requirements
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written), preferably Malaysian or Taiwanese.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and independence.
  • Prior experience in travel planning and multi-task coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a high-level Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
