We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, data analysis, and a passion for achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the desired audience.
  • Develop and test ad creatives to maximise engagement and click-through rates.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide regular performance reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
  • Manage budgets effectively and efficiently to maximise ROI.
