As a Performance Marketing Manager at IFZA, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies across all of IFZA’s digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution and Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and growth targets.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through optimization of targeting, bidding, and messaging.
2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor performance across the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support acquisition and retention initiatives tied to core business objectives.
- Adjust strategies based on results and evolving priorities.
3. Tracking and Platform Oversight
- Oversee tracking and platform setups to support accurate performance measurement.
- Ensure consistency and reliability across campaign reporting and data sources.
4. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare clear performance updates and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Communicate progress, insights, and next steps in a structured and actionable manner.
5. Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Support consistent messaging and coordinated campaign delivery across channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of performance or digital marketing experience across international markets.
- Strong working knowledge of paid media platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Experience managing campaigns with performance-focused objectives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with a hands‑on execution approach.
- Ability to manage campaigns end‑to‑end and improve performance over time.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgment.
- Strong collaboration skills are mandatory.
Additional Experience
- Experience working with CRM or email marketing programs is a plus.
- Interest in emerging technologies within digital marketing is beneficial.
