We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid acquisition across digital advertising platforms as First Class continues to grow.

This role is focused on driving high-quality leads, improving acquisition efficiency, and turning media spend into measurable business impact. You will own performance campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across paid digital platforms
  • Own full funnel performance from awareness to conversion
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
  • Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, and landing flows
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, and ROAS
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and leadership teams to improve performance outcomes
Creative Collaboration
  • Brief creative and content teams with clear performance insights
  • Guide creative direction based on data and audience behavior
  • Ensure ad creatives align with First Class brand standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
  • Align paid media activity with campaigns, launches, and brand initiativesSupport growth objectives across multiple business lines and locations
