Our client is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with a strong background in the real estate industry to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective performance marketing strategies for real estate projects, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and other online channels.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets for campaigns.
