Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced environment focused on engineering.
• Experience in onboarding, compensation management, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws in the UAE.
• Familiarity with the space industry or related tech startups.
• Advanced user of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems.
• Extensive experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Solid understanding of engineering and software terminology.
• Experience handling visa and mobility requirements.
• Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding processes.
• Source candidates through various platforms and strategies.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System accurately.
• Provide clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and managing logistics.
• Create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Manage visa applications and compliance for international hires.
• Support compensation administration and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain employee records.
