Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in HR, preferably in performance management, learning & development, or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual performance review cycles across teams.
• Support managers in goal setting and feedback discussions.
• Monitor turnover trends and conduct exit interviews.
