Job summary

A growing company in Sharjah is seeking a People & Culture Executive to support HR operations and drive initiatives for employee engagement. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, and help implement policies that foster a positive workplace culture. 🔹 Location: Sharjah - UAE
🔹 Experience: 2–3 years in HR / People & Culture
🔹 Language: Arabic is a must (spoken & written)

💼 Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing People & Culture initiatives and policies.
  • Coordinate performance management activities and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and support internal communication.
  • Work closely with managers to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
✨ What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor laws (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for people.
