A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Patient Engagement Lead for the Gulf & Pakistan Cluster. This role involves designing and executing the patient engagement strategy, leading initiatives in Medical Affairs, and building partnerships with patient advocacy groups. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Nursing, with a minimum of 4 years in Medical Affairs. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English. As a Patient Engagement Lead, you will serve as the company’s primary architect of AstraZeneca’s engagement with the patient community and patient support groups across all therapy areas (CVRM, Respiratory & Immunology, Oncology, and Rare Disease) in the Gulf & Pakistan Cluster. You will be at the forefront of patient‑centricity, bridging the company and patient communities, translating insights, co‑creating solutions and leading programs that amplify the patient voice, address unmet needs, and accelerate access to healthcare innovations.
