We re looking for a skilled Pastry CDP to manage a designated section within the pastry kitchen. You ll be responsible for producing highquality desserts assisting in recipe execution and ensuring consistent presentation and taste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present pastries baked goods and desserts in line with recipes and standards.
  • Maintain mise en place and assist with daily pastry production.
  • Work closely with the Senior CDP and Sous Chef to meet service timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and HACCP standards.
  • Support junior team members and maintain a clean organized station.
  • Assist in testing and developing new items when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
  • Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Pastry Arts Hospitality or a related field.
  • HACCP Certified strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
  • Skilled in various pastry techniques including doughs fillings and decoration.
  • Detailoriented organized and able to work under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pastry.
