Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our restaurant in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and producing a wide array of desserts, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods to serve in our restaurant. The role requires a passion for baking and creativity to create new recipes and designs for the restaurant's delicious desserts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a well-established background in baking and pastry art. They should also have knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position who can demonstrate the required skillsets.

Responsibilities
  • Creating new recipes and designs for desserts using ingredients such as chocolate, buttercream, fruits, nuts, etc.
  • Preparing ingredients such as flour, sugar, butter etc. according to recipes
  • Decorating cakes with various toppings including fondant icing
  • Ensuring quality control of all pastries produced
  • Adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
