Responsibilities

• Take orders, check inventory, process payments, arrange delivery or pickup, and handle returns or exchanges to provide the right parts and accessories for customers.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and advise customers on the best options for their needs.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as updating records, generating reports, and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is preferred
• Effective communication with customers and company personnel
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
