A leading educational institution in the UAE is looking for a Parent Relationship Executive to enhance the parent community and support the school environment. This role involves managing parent communications, implementing retention strategies, and coordinating events that foster engagement within the school. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and significant experience in customer service or public relations, with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English. Additional language skills in Arabic are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• 1-3 years of experience in parent relations, customer service, or public relations.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents.
• Manage the school's Front of House/Reception.
• Organize parent/community events to engage parents.
• Maintain open lines of communication with existing parents.
