The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of legal documents, conduct research, and support our legal professionals in various administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our legal processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support ongoing cases and projects
  • Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and other legal documents
  • Assist in the management of case calendars and deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and procedures

Requirements
