We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on technical configurations, customization, and support. As an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle EBS modules for our clients, ensuring the systems run efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities of this role is for developing, customizing, maintaining and supporting Oracle applications
  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS solutions, focusing on Oracle EBS modules (such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.).
  • Conduct technical assessments and create solutions for customizations and enhancements based on client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions using Oracle tools (e.g., Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, OAF, BI Publisher).
  • Perform system integrations between Oracle EBS and third‑party applications.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Participate in the setup, configuration, and testing of Oracle EBS modules.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues in Oracle EBS.
  • Provide post‑implementation support and training to clients on EBS system features.
  • Optimize Oracle EBS performance and scalability for better system efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of Oracle EBS updates, new releases, and technical innovations to advise on system upgrades or improvements.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and user guides.
Required Skills

  • In‑depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite, including experience with at least one of the core modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, Procurement, etc.).
  • Technical knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Standards, Table Structure, Architecture and Database.
  • Strong experience in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, APEX, Reports, Workflow, OAF, BI Publisher, and XML.
  • Expertise in integration and interface development with Oracle EBS, including knowledge of Web Services, APIs, and Data Conversions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle R12 architecture and functionality.
  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in both independent and team‑oriented environments.
  • Effective communication skills for client interaction and technical documentation.
Desired Skills

  • Oracle EBS R12 implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based Oracle solutions like Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS system upgrades and patches.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS security and roles management.
  • Certification in Oracle EBS is a plus.

Educational Requirements
