Reporting to: Key Account Manager / Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for greeting & welcoming customer upon arriving at the counter in an appropriate manner.
• Inquire the choice of interest, needs, wants of the customer.
• Introduce/Recommend our product matching to their needs, wants, and share the advantage of the product.
• Achieve the monthly target.
• Reporting to Sales Executive including sales report, attendance, leave, orders from partner dealers etc.
• Promotes the product regarding its latest features etc.
• Promotes knowledge of product, service etc.
• Help create a buzz and excitement around all promotions.
• Leaflet flyers, hang posters, send emails etc. to promote our product.
• Attend promotional events and help set up a tent, booth, and promotional goods.
• Maintain positive client and vendor relationships.
• Answer customer questions and concerns about our products.
• Give information on how and where to buy our products or services.
• Show enthusiasm for products and develop a rapport with potential customers.
• Encourage sharing and support on our social media platforms.
• Meet with clients to deliver and restock promotional materials.

Skills Required

• Mandatorily with 1-2 years in Mobile Sales Experience in UAE with OR stores.
• Good communication skills and sales skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge on mobile phones.
• Should be fluent in Hindi/Urdu and English, any other languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree Preferred but not mandatory.
