Job description

Lead comprehensive tech roadmap implementations as an Ops SME Tech Program Manager for Amazon's Quick Commerce team, supporting both Regional Distribution Center (RDC) launches and Under the Roof (UTR) feature rollouts across the rapidly expanding MENA network.

This role orchestrates complex fulfillment system launches for new RDC sites while simultaneously managing UTR technology implementations and feature deployments across existing operations.

Shape the future of quick commerce operations through strategic technical leadership spanning both greenfield RDC launches and brownfield UTR enhancements.

Each RDC launch involves multiple technical configurations across interconnected systems, requiring coordination with cross‑functional teams. The PM will support RDC Pre‑Launch activities, Launch Execution for bin/bay setup, process path creation & UAT validation.

Concurrently, the PM will drive UTR new feature implementations and related UATs for continuous operational improvements.

As an Ops SME Tech Program Manager, you will serve as the technical operations orchestrator across all fulfillment systems, providing operations teams with the expertise and processes needed to achieve operational excellence at scale. This role combines deep operational knowledge with technical program management expertise to drive successful launches and implementations across the MENA region.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Learn and use groundbreaking fulfillment technologies across interconnected systems
  • Apply advanced technical program management techniques combined with operations SME knowledge to deliver flawless RDC launches and UTR tech roadmap implementations
  • Interact with leading engineers and operations experts across global teams
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to orchestrate complex launches across pre‑launch, execution, and post‑launch phases
  • Leverage launch experience and operations expertise to provide feedback on technical processes and system integrations
  • Drive cross‑functional communication during critical launch phases using deep operational knowledge
  • Lead projects that improve launch‑related processes and stakeholder technical experience
  • Create SOPs, technical documentation, and process guides for the operations community
  • Work on critical, highly complex technical challenges that span multiple fulfillment systems
