As Ops Business Analyst you will have autonomy shaping the role and benchmarking processes across global Amazon geographies. You will solve Amazon's most complicated problems by analyzing data, auditing sites, and deep diving process gaps.

A day in the life

RoW Network Losses is part of RoW programs; an org that looks into reducing losses occurs due to operational defects across Rest of World marketplaces. Our discipline is defect reduction in nature but coated with an abuse mitigation flavor.

About the team

Process – we learn all fulfilment and reimbursement processes to identify root causes and propose solutions.

Logic – We build certain logics that detect root causes before they occur.

Data – We depend on data to create deterministic signal and take decisions.

Qualifications

• Project management/Process improvement/Quality control background.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written.
• Basic awareness of SQL.
• Supply chain/Engineering experience.
