Role: Operations Specialist - Home Finance

Location: Abudhabi

Role Purpose: To ensure smooth operations of daily routine work to be carried out without any major hurdles and ensure that client business served well to carry on the daily operations. All these need to be carried within defined policy and procedures.

To ensure the Bank is protected at all times with appropriate source documents, legally enforceable charge documentation/Securities and monitored through a follow up system for routine actions.

Key Accountabilities of the role
  • Ensures that all terms and conditions stipulated in the Credit Approval as precedent to loading of limits have fully complied with all securities and required documents have been obtained prior releasing limits for the assigned segment. If not specific waiver/deferral must be available on record.
  • Review and check meticulously all the transaction documents for proper approvals, sound profit calculation, Sharia Compliance and their overall consistency with the relative product parameters.
  • Preparation of Legal Contracts/Documents, Letters/NOC, Cover Letters post the final Approval for customer signature.
  • Managing the Filing / record keeping of daily transactional files/documents and manage the filing room.
  • Responsible for reviewing cases associated from Booking to Mortgage perfection and completing the tasks within in functional framework. Also responsible for pending cases to be accomplished in due course.
  • Coordinating the concerned team and informed about the discrepancies and confirm once completed as well as Coordinating with respective team.
  • Initiating Ex-DDA in UAE DDS system and follow‑ups
  • Uploading and conversion of Stage 1 and Stage 2 cases
  • In depth knowledge to handle the of Home Finance End to End process login till Disbursement.
  • Follow‑up and complaint resolution
  • Assist Home Finance department in reviewing department reports and their timely submissions
  • Assist and train Offshore unit in their daily activities.
