Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist with deep knowledge of Introducing Broker (IB) and CPA deal structures within the FX brokerage industry. This role will focus on setting up deals, managing ongoing performance, and drafting and preparing IB/CPA partnership contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Skills

• Create, structure, and configure IB and CPA deals within CRM and back-office systems.
• Draft and manage IB/CPA partnership contracts in collaboration with legal and compliance.
• Set up commission plans, CPA triggers, conditions, and payout tiers.
• Ensure accurate tracking of partner performance, conversions, and payments.
• Manage partner onboarding from operational perspective.
• Liaise with sales, affiliate, finance, and compliance teams to support deal setup.
• Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, payouts, and deal configuration.
• Maintain documentation for all partner deal setups and operational processes.
• Assist with improving workflows related to affiliate/IB management and reporting.
