• 4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or partner management within B2C eCommerce, manufacturing, gifting, or logistics.
• Proven track record in vendor discovery and onboarding across MEA, India, or Asia.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with AI / ML tools for sourcing automation, demand forecasting, and supplier optimisation.
• Highly resourceful self-starter, capable of working independently across time zones and navigating emerging markets.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a resourceful and entrepreneurial Operations Sourcing Specialist to spearhead the discovery and onboarding of manufacturing and 3PL partners across MEA and Asia.

Your role is to hunt, build, and scale partnerships with the best local and regional suppliers—from print / gift manufacturers to logistics providers, that can deliver high-quality products and efficient fulfilment. You will leverage both traditional sourcing expertise and AI-driven tools to identify opportunities, negotiate win-win contracts, and establish long-term relationships that unlock growth.

Your success is directly tied to the transaction volumes fulfilled through the partners you bring in , giving you both ownership and reward for driving impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Resourcefully identify new manufacturing, gifting, and logistics partners across MEA and India, through market research, networking, and AI-powered supplier discovery tools.
• Evaluate partners on pricing, quality, capacity, lead times, and scalability to ensure long-term fit.
• Negotiate and close contracts covering commercial terms, SLAs, and pricing structures that support sustainable eCommerce fulfilment.
• Develop sourcing playbooks and maintain a live partner performance database to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align partner capabilities with new product launches and customer experience needs.
• Monitor and optimise performance by tracking production metrics, order flows, QC, and service levels with regional partners.
• Proactively identify and solve bottlenecks in supply chain operations to minimise lead times and maximise efficiency.

Qualifications :

• 4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or partner management within B2C eCommerce, manufacturing, gifting, or logistics.
• Proven track record in vendor discovery and onboarding across MEA, India, or Asia.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with AI / ML tools for sourcing automation, demand forecasting, and supplier optimisation.
