Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building the large‑scale operation system of autonomous ride‑hailing services in the Middle East, covering the entire lifecycle from testing phase, trial operation to commercialization, including but not limited to application for operation qualifications, planning of operation systems, implementation of assets and personnel deployment, safety and risk control, etc.;
2. Design the monitoring system and target system for the operation of autonomous ride‑hailing services in the Middle East, and design implementation pathways to drive achievement of goals, covering aspects such as safety, efficiency and user experience;
3. Collaborate with front‑end and back‑end teams, establish communication channels between front‑line test fleets and back‑end teams including R&D teams and autonomous driving teams, ensure the successful operation of vehicles, timely feedback on user experience and problems, and drive reverse optimization of products;
4. Participate in cooperation projects with external partners and local governments in the Middle East, assist in organizing external projects and driving project progress.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. More than 3 years of experience in autonomous driving business operation or urban operation management in the Middle East;
3. Demonstrated capability in operating overseas city‑level businesses, with the ability to design complex operation systems and pathways, outstanding cross-team communication skills, and strong adaptability;
4. A strong interest in the operation of autonomous ride‑hailing services, and the willingness to complete diverse operational tasks with an open mindset;
5. Prior working experience in leading autonomous driving companies in the Middle East is preferred.
