We're looking for an experienced, driven, analytical, and creative Senior Operations Manager to lead ecommerce packaging projects. This role will be responsible for driving packaging projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and leveraging best practices from other geographies across RoW (GCC, LATAM, IN, JP). The leader will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting both daily execution activities and large, complex, cross-functional projects.

This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and technical environment. Ownership of work is crucial, and candidates should have a proven record of driving projects and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic, and agile, with strong time and project management skills.
