About the Role

We're seeking a passionate expert in logistics operations who will be the key personnel to manage all existing Freight Forwarding including Warehousing, Ro-Ro, Break bulk, Project Logistics enquiries jobs with customers, vendors, authorities.

You will be closely working with the Commercial Manager for Logistics UAE & Oman.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Overall Customer Service Operations Team management of Freight Forwarding / Ro-Ro / Break bulk / Project Logistics UAE.


• Sales for existing customers Customer Service / Documentation / Operational coordination for existing & new customer requirements for Freight Forwarding including warehousing / Ro-Ro / Break bulk /Project Logistics business.


• Guide team representatives for timely action & completion of jobs.


• Responsible for authority/supplier/vendor management including timely reviews for service / costs reviews / betterment etc.


• Responsible for team deliveries.


• Gather useful market intelligence to facilitate business.


• Support other depts in WPS mainly Liner whenever required.

What we are looking for

• Experienced professional with 8-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Ro-Ro / Break bulk / Project Logistics/ Customer service/operations in UAE.


• Fluent communication skills


• Excellent computer skills for Microsoft office


• Strong knowledge of Internet functionalities
