About the Role

We are looking for a process engineer to help us streamline and automate our operational processes. You will design and prioritize features, build internal processes and tools, automate workflows, and coordinate with external developers and agencies to deliver larger projects.

This role sits at the intersection of product, tech, and operations, and is critical to scaling our business across the UAE and KSA.

🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Operations Manager you will be responsible for building and optimizing the backbone of Kurtains operations, playing a pivotal role in enabling the scalability of our business.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Be the owner of all of Kurtains operational processes and tools, leverage data & tech to drive efficiency, revamp processes, and enable scalability.
  • Plan, develop and implement strategic projects to enable our teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Work side by side with Operations leadership and Tech teams for the development and deployment of new initiatives, tools, and process improvements
  • Replicate our operational playbook to launch new verticals
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced industries, such as management consulting, tech, e-commerce or fast-growing start-ups
  • Expert in Google/Excel Sheets, knowledge of Appsheet is a strong plus
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: you are ready to work and take ownership of a wide array of topics
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and organized, very tech savvy
  • Ability to build a roadmap for innovation and improvement, organize around its execution, and ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment to drive it to success
  • Effective decision-making skills and self-starter attitude with initiative and drive, capable of executing rapidly with limited strategic direction
  • Ability to work and drive alignment with a wide range of individuals across different work streams
