Job summary

A leading provider of AV and smart workplace solutions in Dubai is seeking an Operations Director to oversee full project delivery and operations. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in operations and project management, with strong leadership and financial acumen. This role requires proven success in managing large-scale, multi-technology projects and maintaining strong client relationships. A UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in operations, programme delivery, or project management.
• At least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale, multi-technology transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance of the end-to-end delivery process.
• Lead and mentor the Project Deployment Team.
• Establish and enforce best-in-class delivery practices.
• Act as the primary client-facing executive during delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
