A leading retail organization in Dubai is looking for a professional to support daily store operations and act as a personal assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in retail operations and executive assistance. Job description
Support daily store and operational activities
  • Ensure smooth functioning of store operations
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and support teams to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and audit requirements
  • Assist in store audits, stock checks, and operational reporting
Administrative & Documentation

Maintain operational records, files, and documentation.

Handle invoices, vendor bills, delivery challans, and expense statements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Support finance with petty cash and expense tracking.

Liaise with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and services.

Coordinate with HR for attendance, rosters, onboarding documentation.

Support leadership communication with store and corporate teams.

Follow up on approvals, documentation, and operational requests.

Facilities & Store Maintenance

Oversee store maintenance requirements (fixtures, IT, utilities).

Coordinate with service providers for timely issue resolution.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are maintained.

CEO Personal Assistant Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.

Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up notes.

Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications.

Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams/vendors.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.

Track action items from CEO meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and timeliness of operational and CEO-related tasks.

Effectiveness of CEO calendar and communication management.

Quality and confidentiality of documentation and reporting.

Inventory and operational audit compliance.

Responsiveness and follow-up closure rate.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Work Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or executive assistance
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership preferred
  • Fashion / lifestyle / luxury retail experience is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize CEO-level tasks alongside operational work
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and calendars
  • Familiarity with POS / ERP systems preferred
