  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the operations team
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, records, and databases related to operations
  • Prepare and process various operational documents such as reports, invoices, and contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support operational decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing streamlined procedures
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the operations management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations support or administrative role, preferably in the HR services or recruitment industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
