Job summary

A multinational retail company seeks an Online Coordinator to manage their online development and oversee omni-channel processes in Dubai. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of operational experience. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, ensuring timely action of online processes, and assisting with online training. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational role.
• Strong product knowledge across all departments of the store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master project plan for online development.
• Ensure all online processes are actioned timely.
• Assist in implementation of all related online projects.
• Help design and assess Online training in coordination with Talent Development.
• Support with online inquiries, processes, concerns or errors.
• Generate reports covering challenges, errors, and customer feedback.
• Develop weekly feedback on online sales performance.
