Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in construction or MEP projects, preferably in UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiarity with local authority approvals and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
• Execute and supervise mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and drainage.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams.
