Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate between clients and users for material collection.
• Ensure all documentation is available for timely delivery.
• Monitor material movements and maintain proper records.
• Supervise handling of materials and preservation activities.
• Ensure all issued items are in good condition and certified.
• Collaborate to secure required materials before dissemination.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.
• Handle invoices and track payment status with Finance Dept.
• Issue SDIVs for different spreads and follow up on back orders.
• Coordinate with NOD Base to secure materials and save costs.
• Prepare material cargo list as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with Logistics team for documentation.
• Provide data sheets and technical details for offshore items.
• Expedite sourcing and delivery of materials as needed.
