Yango is on the lookout for an Office Manager to take the helm of our administrative support at our office in Dubai. Apply if you have relevant experience, a positive way of thinking, developed communication skills, and Upper-intermediate English and Fluent Russian.

What you will do
  • Coordinate, organize, and supervise events in our offices
  • Run tender processes for service and supply contracts and monitor contract implementation
  • Track trends in the corporate catering market
  • Order inventory for the office, including food and products for events
  • Coordinate work with contractors and office departments
  • Participate in preparing the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts and maintain plan–fact tracking
  • Conduct consumption and cost analysis
  • Interact with employees in chats and respond to operational requests
