Job summary

A prominent recruitment service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Office Boy or Office Assistant to prepare and serve beverages, maintain office cleanliness, and assist with basic office support tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, polite, and able to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is advantageous. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant preferred.
  • Good knowledge of office hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to prepare different types of coffee and beverages.
  • Able to speak English (mandatory); Arabic and Hindi are an advantage.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
  • Positive attitude, polite, and cooperative.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages for staff and guests.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and hygiene, including pantry and common areas.
  • Assist with basic office support tasks as required.
  • Handle photocopying, document delivery, and office errands.
  • Support staff with day-to-day administrative assistance.
  • Ensure a professional and courteous environment at all times.
