Job Details:

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients and visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Photocopying, filing, sorting documents, and other administrative tasks
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Managing office supplies and reordering as needed
  • Performing basic bookkeeping, such as tracking expenses
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Confirming appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining records
Requirements:
  • Experience in similar roles is advantageous
