We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the office and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for performing daily clerical duties such as answering phone calls, replying to emails, managing office files, scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as providing general administrative assistance to the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering supplies and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

We require applicants to have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to multi-task efficiently, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and strong customer service orientation. We are also prepared to consider an immigrant for this position; however we do expect minimal work experience.
