Office Assistant (Entry Level) We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as an Office Assistant in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. This is an entry-level position that welcomes both Pakistani and Egyptian candidates who are fluent in English and have little or no previous work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate colleagues
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the designated meeting areas
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments
