Overview

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

Salary: 1400 AED per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, be detail oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff including filing, photocopying, data entry, mail sorting and other clerical duties
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Perform data entry tasks as assigned
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not required
