Office Administrator
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi with a monthly salary of AED 1800.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
• Providing administrative support to the office, such as filing, record keeping, document preparation and data entry.
• Ensuring all office equipment is in good working order and arranging for maintenance or replacement as needed.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory of office equipment.
• Responding to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Greeting visitors and providing assistance as necessary.
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, professional appearance in the office space.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• A high degree of organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
We are open to considering foreign nationals for this role; however, candidates must possess valid local work authorization or residency permit to qualify for this position.
