Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer with prior experience in an engineering or contracting company. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations, assist with documentation, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems.
  • Create accurate quotations and assist with tender documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with documentation and record-keeping.
