Responsibilities
  • The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct care to patients including monitoring vital signs, administering medications and performing other treatments as directed by the physician or other healthcare provider.
  • They will also maintain patient records, educate patients on healthcare issues, report changes in patient condition, answer patient questions about treatments or medications and develop treatment plans with the patient’s physician or other healthcare provider.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will possess a valid nursing license from their home country (if applicable) as well as certification from an internationally recognised nursing organisation such as the International Council of Nurses (ICN).
  • It is essential that they have at least two years of experience in a similar role providing nursing care in an acute care setting or equivalent.
Skills
  • The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both clinical staff and patients alike.
  • They must demonstrate strong attention-to-detail and possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately while working under pressure.
  • They should have a thorough understanding of nursing protocols as well as knowledge of current medical trends/issues related to their field.
