Position Summary

The NOC Engineer will support and maintain enterprise‑scale network and data center operations within a mission-critical 24×7 environment. This role is key to ensuring high availability, rapid incident response, and seamless network performance across complex infrastructure. It is ideal for a seasoned network professional who thrives in fast-paced operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage enterprise network and data center infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, and OT systems.
• Detect, analyze, and resolve incidents across routing (OSPF, BGP), switching, and WAN technologies (MPLS, SD‑WAN, ILL, Broadband).
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-severity issues and collaborate with L2/L3 teams and external vendors.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting of firewalls, wireless systems, structured cabling (UTP & fiber), and guest wireless solutions.
• Continuously monitor data center facilities—including power, temperature, humidity, and fire suppression systems—to ensure compliance and uptime.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to operational standards and SLA requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (mandatory).
• CCNP certification (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of experience in network operations or NOC roles.
• Strong technical expertise in routing, switching, WAN technologies, and enterprise security platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Mandatory Arabic language proficiency.
• Mandatory valid UAE driving license.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Certifications such as ITIL, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Aruba.
• Experience with OT networks and data center facility monitoring systems.
