OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Conduct Night Audits:

• Perform thorough daily reviews of hotel operations including PMS transactions cashier closure reports and PMS night audit reports.
• Address and resolve any variances promptly to maintain accurate financial records.

Compliance Management:

• Ensure strict adherence to hotel credit policies to maintain financial integrity and minimize risks.

Payment Processing and Reconciliation:

• Process various payment types such as cash debit and credit accurately.
• Reconcile guest accounts with TA LPO and close City Ledger in accordance with established procedures.

Brand Standards Adherence:

• Stay wellinformed about Marriott brand standards and consistently implement them to enhance the guest experience and uphold the hotels reputation.

Promotions and Rate Knowledge:

• Possess indepth knowledge of hotel rates packages and discounts as well as awareness of propertyspecific details and Marriott promotions.
