Job summary

A technology firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced network specialist to implement scalable and secure network solutions. Responsibilities include setting up new office IT infrastructure as well as maintaining telephony and contact center systems. Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Implement scalable and secure network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, cloud and hybrid cloud networks.
• Setup new office IT infrastructure in alignment with business requirements.
• Implement firewall policies and rules that align with organizational security requirements on CheckPoint firewalls.
• Maintain Telephony and contact center systems such as Cisco CUCM, CiscoUnity, Genesys CTI, NICE CCaS.
• Maintain the CiscoISE network access control system.
• Setup & maintain the cloud networks (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with networking technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and NAT.
• Experience with network & security equipment from vendors like CheckPoint, Cisco, Huawei, Dell, HP.
• Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, or PRTG, NetFlow for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge and hands on of networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and QoS.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment’s switches, firewalls, NAC, WAF, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, etc.
• Expertise and proficiency in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments.
