Milkmaid Supervisor

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Milkmaid Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Milkmaid Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dairy farm, ensuring that milk production is efficient and of high quality. You will also be responsible for managing a team of milkmaids, providing guidance and training as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dairy farm
- Supervise a team of milkmaids, assigning tasks and providing training as needed
- Monitor milk production levels and ensure that all cows are properly milked
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the milking area
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Monitor cow health and report any issues to the veterinarian
- Keep accurate records of milk production, cow health, and other relevant data
- Implement safety protocols to protect both cows and workers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on a dairy farm as a Milkmaid or similar role
- Proven experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of dairy farm operations, including milking techniques, cow health, and equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1500 USD per month (with accommodation provided)
