Job description

We are seeking multiple Mid to Senior Interior Designers with extensive hospitality OR Retail & Leisure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring adherence to brand standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into innovative, practical designs.
• Prepare and review detailed design packages using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality standards while liaising with quantity surveyors and suppliers.
• Source materials, finishes, and furnishings; coordinate procurement and cost tracking.
• Stay current with design trends and incorporate fresh, innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitality - Senior Role
• 3-5 year's for the mid level roles
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven team leadership and client management skills.
• Strong knowledge of MEP and lighting integration within interior design.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to produce high-quality renderings and design presentations.
