We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high‑rise building construction. The ideal candidate should be able to lead MEP design review, coordinate installations, and ensure that systems are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage MEP works on high‑rise building sites.
• Prepare MEP shop drawings, load schedules, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and main contractor.
• Ensure work is carried out as per design, technical specs, and safety standards.
• Review and approve materials and equipment for compliance.
• Oversee MEP subcontractors and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Attend site meetings and resolve MEP issues.
• Prepare progress reports and update project management teams.
• Ensure integration between civil, MEP, and finishing activities.
• Conduct site inspections and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Implement value engineering where applicable.
• Ensure energy‑efficient and sustainable MEP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP for high‑rise construction in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE codes (DEWA, ADDC, DCD, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management software.
