Job Description

The Role

  • Under the general guidance and supervision of the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing / Assistant Director of Sales, implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in the specific area of responsibility.
  • Drive, manage, and maintain robust positive relations with key accounts and business partners of Accor and the hotel.
  • Work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Accor and the hotel, meeting and exceeding sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts, and directing all efforts to maximize the hotel’s revenues and profits across all revenue streams (rooms, small meeting conference, and food & beverage departments).
  • Develop a network of contacts to encourage and secure hotel trial of key decision makers.
  • Generate and maintain corporate segment customers through various sales activities (face‑to‑face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment).
  • Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, and written communication.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of own portfolio, managing all departments and accounts for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
  • Provide sincere, warm, and enthusiastic service, ensuring guests/residents and Heartists’ satisfaction at all times.
  • Familiarise yourself with all guests, residents, and Heartists, and commit to service excellence.
  • Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and an extremely high standard of social skills.
  • Promote good inter‑departmental relations.
  • Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times, and promote a good company image to guests and Heartists.
  • Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel, identifying a high level of commitment.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward all hotel guests, clients, staff, and employees.
  • Maintain professional business confidentiality.
  • Adhere to company and hotel rules and regulations at all times.
  • Have good knowledge of S&C, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook; use available technology for reports, communication, and client correspondence.
  • Be flexible to adapt to sudden increases in working hours as per business needs.
