Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Recruit train and lead a team of medical representatives.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals and pharmacies.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure team alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the invoicing and collection process to ensure timely payments.
• Minimize outstanding receivables by enforcing credit policies and following up on overdue payments.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to drive growth and resolve payment issues.
